Online support for depression

Looking for a decent online support group for chronic depression.

I'm male, mid-30s, atheist, childfree, and don't necessarily need a community with identical demographics. But I've only been finding online support groups with older, religious, lets-all-have-a-group-hug dynamics. I need instead a comfortable place to discuss practical advice, medication, and treatment options. Mailing lists are preferred over web forums but I'm not picky. is my throwaway in case you'd like to remain private.

thank you all. :-|

crazyboards no- religious, pro-med, pro-therapy, and the main rule is that you cannot be a bigger asshole than the mods.

Crazy Meds - also non religious but more med oriented.

Neither are a replacement for irl therapy, but they're both great support groups online.
