Motivational Speeches

I'm trying to gather a collection of motivational speeches in either video or audio format and thought I'd tap into the hive mind that is AskMeFi. It doesn't matter what subject it relates to as long as you find the speeches motivating.

A recording of David Foster Wallace's "This Is Water" speech was just recently released. You can read a copy of it here, but I think it's more powerful read in the author's voice.
