Is there a site for people moving out on their own for the first time?

Is there a website that has advice, information, facts, and maybe even a forum for people who are moving out on their own for the first time? Not to college, but getting an apartment or house for the first time? As an example, it might have everything from tips on dealing with a landlord to how to do your laundry. (I know how to do those things, just an example.)

Home Comforts by Cheryl Mendelson is a superb book. It helped me hugely when I was in a similar position.

I liked Home Comforts - as for websites, doesn't Lifehacker (http://lifehacker.com) fit the bill somewhat? It's not specific, but sites like it and eHow or HowStuffWorks could be applied that way.

Digs Magazine - for the post-college, pre-parenting generation.

Response by poster: Thanks everyone, I was hoping for a website, but so far this is good. So You Wanna and eHow aren't what I was looking for, in that I was kinda hoping for a forum in addition to the site for people in the situation to chat. Maybe I'll just have to start one. :)

Digs Magazine looks great. Thanks again!
