Best mixtape for overload circuits?

Help me compose a workout tape.

I'm looking for a list of good songs to have on a mixtape for listening to when working out on strength and overload circuits. The songs should be fairly intense without being too fast/over the top. The kind of thing that makes you think "I'll keep going till the end of this song, even though I reeeally reeeeally want to stop."

Examples of the kind of track that I'm looking for are Aisha, The Worm, Club Foot and Crawl.

Response by poster: Hahaha, yeah, I was thinking of "Progenies of the Great Apocalypse". The intro is great, but then it gets into that 4000bpm drumming that I hate.

The perfect track for this requirement: Avalanche Master Song.

Though In the Meantime comes in a close second.

Response by poster: Dead Weather is good, the kind of thing I'm looking for. As is In The Meantime. The Les Savy track and the one by the Yeah Yeah Yeahs are a bit hollow/shouty. No meat about them. If that makes sense. Cheers for the suggestions though.

OK, another couple for you, both from Killing Joke: Gratitude, Exorcism.
