In-n-Out Gift Certificates

Is there any way to buy In-N-Out Gift Certificates from the East Coast?

A friend of mine in California has helped me out a lot lately (via IM) with car problems. I want to surprise him with a gift certificate to In-n-Out Burger to show my appreciation. Is there any way to do this? Google and In-n-Out's web site have not been helpful.
