Documentary about testicle dipping to reduce sperm count... what was the name?

I'm looking for the name of a documentary about three guys dipping their testicles in hot water to test the efficacy of the procedure as a method of birth control.

Both my wife and my friend insist they've seen it - possibly in college. The men were possibly in a 'cold country'. We've searched, but haven't been able to find anything other than research papers and porn.

Any ideas?

And no, I'm not actually interesting in dipping my balls in hot water to kill sperm. We just want to know the name of the movie.

I remember seeing this on some hour long special on The Learning Channel back before its transition to exploitative reality shows, but I don't recall the name of the program. It worked pretty well, I believe, so don't remove it entirely from the realm of possibility! For best results, saturate the water with Yellow 5 food coloring.

Not entirely helpful, but Christian in Nip/Tuck did the same thing in one episode.
