Can I get a Bluetooth earpiece to use for Skype calls on my Macbook Pro? Anything I should watch out for?

Yes. I use the jawbone icon; noise cancellation is helpful (in general.)

The only problem you'll run into is the difficulty testing a bluetooth headset first, to see what it sounds like.

Something I found a little unexpected was that my jabra bluetooth earpiece and logitech bluetooth mouse don't work well together on my iMac. If I try to run both together the mouse response gets all choppy.
