well-developed literature of skeptical criticism of Islam

Where can I find some well-developed literature of skeptical criticism of Islam in general and Shia or Sunni philosophy specifically? Scholarly criticism would be preferred.

Do you have access to online databases for books and articles, like eBrary, EBSCOhost, or LexisNexis? There's a lot of stuff out there, but you often need an academic affiliation to access it.

Not scholarly I'm afraid, but there's a communist critique by Al-Djouhall (who was Lebanese I believe, though elsewhere I've seen it claimed he was Persian) called 'The Misery of Islam'; I've not read the whole pamphlet but the introduction is floating around the web.
