Where to find a timed bell for a factory?

I'm looking for a simple bell with a (loud, short, somewhat pleasant) noise that can sound twice a day at a specific time. The length of the sound has to be around 2-3 seconds. The loudness has to be big enough for an already loud factory setting. I'm open to electric or mechanical and don't want to go over $500.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

How about starting with a Google search:

That'd be a good place to work with. First result on the first link was about $700, but it looked like there were plenty of cheaper options to me.
