Goetta in Portland!

Where can I find goetta in Portland, OR? (Cincinnati-style, I suppose, though I haven't tried Kentucky or other regional variants ever.) Premade sausage things, bulk, restaurant, etc. I've tried making it before, but it didn't quite turn out (not to mention the hours and hours of time investment isn't my cup of tea).

I don't know if you were trying to find a restaraunt serving it but you can order it here.

There are other Cincinnati-style foods available on the previously mentioned site, like LaRosa's, Skyline, and Montgomery Inn. Good stuff!

Occasionally you can get goetta at Simpatica or their affiliate butcher at Laurelhurst Market. Neither place has a fixed menu or offerings, so call ahead to request or see if they have it available.

You might call Original Bavarian Sausage in Tigard to see if they carry it. They carry a huge selection of German meats.
