Talented TV teddies

Seeking mid 1960s to mid 1970s Canadian TV filler short clip. It was an orchestra of teddy bears (and possibly other teddy-like stuffed toys) playing Mozart's Turkish March. Not drawn, but 'live action' real teddies.

I've tried searching the NFB site for it to no avail. Does anybody remember this?

Have you tried contacting the NFB? I only ask because the contact link is buried way at the extreme bottom of the page. And they encourage contacting them if you can't find a film on the website.
