Channeling the weather

WeatherOutlookFilter: Is there some sort of way (other than manual entry, that is to say automatically) to capture some of the day's basic weather statistics into my Outlook calendar (not notes, or anything else)...?

Don't even ask..., but in some ways the day's weather impacts what I do each day, and I use Outlook to track where my time's spent. For instance, if it rained on a certain day that would go a long way to explaining why I did X instead of Y.

Is there a way for you to subscribe to public calendars as you can in Google Calendar? Because if you subscribe to that weather calendar, that should do it.
