Where to find good peak performance resources?
I'm interested in being at my peak physical, mental and emotional best as well as a lot of other people I'm sure.
Are there any companies/people that can do any 'coaching' in these aspects in NYC.
Not just a physical trainer but someone who also addresses the mental aspects. Perhaps training regarding visualization.
And not some non-scientific, too markety type of person/company like on the internet.
And not just for exercising, but this is meant to be for work too.
It feels so lonely and a bit overwhelming trying to learn all this by myself.
Someone who has trained athletes, CEOs, surgeons and other successful people.
Not sure if a life coach is what I want but something aligning with what I mention above.
I just want to maximize whatever potential I have. I seem to keep burning out and then recovering - I must not be doing something right.
I push myself physically and mentally and I want to do that to excel but it would be good to have a coach or even like minded encouraging people.

I think I'm going to have to rethink this.
I think I may need people with in-depth knowledge of each area. Physical, mental, emotional.
Instead of trying to find one source/person.

I wasn't being snarky, that's exactly what the Shaolin are about. I think there's a major on in NY, too.

You might want to narrow your search from "life coach" to "performance coach". Most "life coaches" who are certified and experienced generally have a niche, and I'm sure some coaches would work within your "peak performance" niche. Coaches generally work with people over the phone, so you can end up coaching with someone anywhere in the world - you don't necessarily have to limit yourself to NYC. (I recommend certified coaches - you can find them through the International Coach Federation (http://www.coachfederation.org/) or through specific coaching schools that offer a certification program (e.g. http://www.coactivenetwork.com/webx?ctiFindACoach@@)).
