Where can I find Guernsey, Ayshire or Brown Swiss milk in the state of California?
I am used to Holstein and Jersey milk. I know butterfat increase while production drops which is why it is hard to find dairies milking the animals I am looking for. I am looking for a small dairy or private operation who are working with these breeds. I have heard that the flavor is fantastic!
