What website contains speeches with all of the words removed?

I'm looking for a website of audio clips of speeches of celebrities, politicians, etc, with all the words removed, leaving only inhalations, grunts, filler language, etc. The website, I think, was organized around the premise that this was all an advertisement for a company that specialized in 'voice removal technologies' or something like that. I found it a couple of years ago, loved it, forgot it, and just remembered it again. What's this website I'm looking for?
