What is this Facebook app that is displaying a running Twitter feed?

Please help me identify this Facebook app.
On the "When in Rome" Facebook fan page, there is an app that is displaying a running Twitter feed on the left-side page of the Wall.

This doesn't look like the standard Twitter-Facebook sync app. Any ideas on what it could be?

Most likely, whoever administers that page has created all the content for that tab (including pulling in and styling the Twitter feed XML) using HTML, CSS, and some kinda scripting language and hosted it elsewhere. Then they've created an IFrame Facebook app (see more and set the tab to display that page.
