Seeking flood image

Help me, hive mind. I vaguely recall an image (in Time Magazine, perhaps) of a man wading in waist-deep water holding a sign that said "Leadership please." I think it was from the Hurricane Katrina disaster but I'm not entirely sure. Have looked and looked online to no avail. Can anyone help?

The second hit in my google search for "leadership please" katrina image (after this question) is a link to an article that suggests you are thinking of an editorial cartoon. The article is behind a paywall, though.

Best answer: Maybe this is it?

Response by poster: Xalf: thanks a lot. I'm pretty sure the political cartoon is based on an actual picture -- i.e. of a man sitting on his house or walking in water with a similar sign. But I hadn't thought to look at political cartoons at all -- so that was thinking outside the box and is of great help!
