Does anyone remember this Katrina painting?

Looking for a painting created in the aftermath of Katrina. In it: two African American men with their backs to the viewer, walking along an empty highway, with the Interstate signs for Vieux Carre ahead of them. It was part of a fundraising competition. Does anyone remember this?
