Furniture to Jamaica

Any advice on how to get the best price/service shipping two rooms full of furniture from florida to jamaica?

this might not be much help, but I just had an idea: Check out message boards online for expatriates in Jamaica, and maybe ask there. I know of many families that have had to ship furniture to their new locations, and they all kind of seem to use the same services as the other expats in their country. Most people I know have used shipping containers by cargo ship, and it would take a couple months. But that was to Africa, so YMMV.
