Can you recommend a good fitness DVD (yes, those New Year ones), but for males?
I am looking to add something to my mornings as part of a broader fitness plan, that will incorporate stretching and exercises that will increase my suppleness, kick start my metabolism and strengthen my body and overall fitness levels. I am looking for 10 - 20 minute workouts.
Ideally the DVD shouldn't require any equipment but I can source some dumb bells if need be. Also I am in the UK so it would be much easier if it has been released here.
Any offers?

For stretching and general yoga goodness, I like Bryan Kest's Power Yoga series. Not specifically for males, but sometimes having a male instructor makes guys feel better about the DVDs.
