Finding wood pellets in Austin

Where to get wood pellets in Austin?

So, I've started using feline pine for my kitty litter, and I've read on the ol' internets that they are the exact same thing as wood pellets (for a pellet stove) but that pellets are much cheaper since feline pine is marketed as alternative cat litter.

Does anyone know where these exist in town? I feel like if they're around anytime, it's going to be during winter so I should stock up. I'm on vacation this week so I could even make the trek a little further out of town/into the suburbs.

Thanks in advance!

Wood stove pellets are mostly the same but I have found they do not have the odor neutralizing qualities that the pine pellets do when used with cats.

Have you tried calling Eco Wise? They may not carry wood pellets, but I bet they'd know where to get them.

Try Breed & Co. or Callahan's out on 183.

Best answer: It's a little far north on I-35, but Georgetown Fireplace & Patio sells them. Also, I think there is a fireplace store on West 6th street, just west of Lamar, but I can't think of the name of it.
