good websites for part-time jobs in NYC?

What are some good websites for part-time jobs (or jobs in general) in NYC?

I'm moving back to NYC (brooklyn) at the end of the month, will be working on a personal project that requires 3-4 days free a week, and am looking for a part-time job to help pay the bills.

I haven't had to look for jobs in a while, so am a bit behind on the latest sites, so to speak.

I'd preferably like to find an office job in a capacity beneficial rather than detrimental to humankind, such as in the non-profit sector (where I was working before), but, ultimately-- any part-time job that helps pay the bills will do.

Idealist
Craigslist
what else?

thanks

Craigslist is where everyone does everything. But the best way to get a job, especially with the economy the way it is, is through word-of-mouth. Tell everyone you know that you're on the market, and ask whether they know anyone who's hiring. Also, ask at businesses you frequent.

Most jobs on Craigslist used to get 400 resumes within the first hour of being posted - and that was BEFORE the recession. Nthing the 'tell everyone you know you need a job'. Also you won't get to be as picky as you'd like to be, because there are people desperate for work.

Also check indeed.com. I've found a couple of different jobs through that website. It compiles a few of the job search websites into one list.

I recommend checking out the local newspapers. In addition to that

Classified sites:

* Backpage

* Craigslist

* Olx

Job Sites

* Monster

* CareerBuilder

* HotJobs

Hope it helps.
