Name this tune from a PBS documentary

What's the name of this composition that's playing in the background from this audio clip?

This music was used in Sandwiches That You Will Like, a documentary that Rick Sebak produced for Pittsburgh PBS station WQED. Google, IMDB, the official website, Wikipedia, and the credits all don't offer a clue. The film is relatively low-budget so I can't imagine it was done just for the show.

I also like the music from Sebak's other documentaries like "An Ice Cream Show," so if you happen to know those too (unlikely, but hey, it could happen) go ahead and post those too. Thanks!

Sounds like generic mid-century library music to me.

(You'd probably enjoy this post.)

sounds like a knock off of Gershwin (i.e. a peppier American in Paris w/out the horns)
