I'm trying to find out where this quote comes from "He was 4’ 9” and 3’ of that was drugs".

Google results tend to and up going to stories about drug-taking sports players. It's stuck in my head, that almost-but-not-quite remembering feeling is driving me nuts!

Best answer: It turns up as a quote in the TV show Psych, about a dead horse jockey.

Best answer: "Carlton Lassiter: [about the dead jockey] Apparently, the guy took everything in sight. He was four foot nine and three feet of that were drugs."
