It's a free concert from now on

Name that mid-90's techno/trance/ambient track I half remember-filter.

Memory jogged by the U2 thread, I'm trying to remember a song.
The song prominently features a sample of the announcer at Woodstock saying, "It’s a free concert from now on. That doesn’t mean that anything goes. What that means is we're going to put the music up here for free".

Death in Vegas - Dirt, from the album Dead Elvis.

Response by poster: Interesting, it's almost certainly the right song, but must've been a radically different mix than the youtube one. Now to comb thru discogs to figure out what compilation I heard it on.

"Like to stick a f**ing gun butt to your gut" indeed. (As another of the samples in "Dirt" goes, unless I'm misremembering.)

I have an EP with about eleventy-twelve remixes of this track, so there are lots of versions out there.
