Button be gone

Anyone know of a program that can hide Taskbar buttons in Vista?

I'm looking for a utility that can hide taskbar buttons, but leave the window unaffected. Something that can move a button to the tray would work too.

I've Googled around and tried a few freeware and shareware apps but they either don't work at all or as advertised. I'd prefer free but I'm willing to pay for an app that works really well.

Thanks!

PowerMenu runs in the background and does four things (well) per window: set process priority, set window transparency, toggle always-on-top, and minimize to tray.

Thanks but this hides the program window in addition to the button.

Response by poster: Just in case anyone stumbles upon this question, I asked about this sort of thing over at neowin and was led to a free app called TrayIt. Does just what I need.
