Help me find this song and the compilation album it was part of!

Help me identify this song and the compilation album it came from! The lyrics went something like, "You're just 19" and talked about how young it is to have a boyfriend or was about a breakup with a boyfriend and the recurring theme was the young age. It was very indie, song by two women with minimal accompaniment. I'm 90% sure it was on the same compilation as Magic Number's There Is A Light That Never Goes Out cover. I also have a feeling it was an XFM compilation from sometime in or around 2007.

I'm finding it impossible to view past XFM compilations and I probably downloaded it off Usenet or something. It possibly could not have been XFM but I'm fairly certain it was an official release by some entity, probably British. As I stated earlier, I'm pretty sure that Magic Numbers cover was part of the compilation. So if someone remembers the song name and artist that would be amazing, I'm guessing it would be easier to track down the compilation with at least two songs known to have been on it. I've been Googling this for days!

Response by poster: Okay well, what the hell now I found it, Q Magazine 86-06 ... but it doesn't have the song I was looking for!

The song is starting to come back to me, something about "you don't need a boyfriend you're just 19" ?

The lyrics:

nineteen, you're only nineteen for god's sake
you don't need a boyfriend
look what he's made you do to your arm again
he said he'd come round but he's gone out with his friends
and i know how it feels to be your age and feel the world is caving in

another drama by the kitchen sink tonight
you said you'd cut yourself whilt washing up the knives
another week off school won't do you any good
and i know how it feels to be your age

nineteen, you're only nineteen for god's sake
you don't need a boyfriend
come out with me and find out what you really want
come out to me, you only have to do it once
'cos i know how it feels to be your age, you only have to do it once and never again

you know i'm not so young...
i spend an hour getting ready every day
but still i end up looking more or less the same
but i could show you a thing or two

i could show you the ropes
yes, i could show you the ropes
and i will change my sheets for you
'cos i know how it feels

i know how it feels to be your age
i know how it feels to be your age
oh, how i want to feel a girl your age

See in this connection the profoundly disturbing track from Mefi Music a few years ago entitled “(You're Only) 14.”
