Forgotten author, title of anarchist memoir written under pseudonym similar to Ringo Levy

Trying to find out author and title of memoir written by an anarchist. Only details: stealing food and giving it away in public parks. I think the author is American and he certainly published the book under a pseudonym that might be something like Ringo Levy. Any ideas?

Best answer: Consider checking out another great (free!) book called Evasion. Lots of food theft, train hopping, etc.
