A good music composition forum?

Any good music composition forums you can suggest?

There are a lot of music forums out there but most deal with talking about music already out there. I would like to find a good forum that helps me with ideas on how to compose better music be it lyrics, harmonies, classical pieces or pop.

There's a Music Talk section right here on MetaFilter which, while not exactly high in traffic, has some quality contributors. Its specific focus is discussions about making your own music.
