Lazyweb, help me find an article I recently read about website deployment.
Recently I read an article about a fairly large website's deployment process. In short they would take X number of servers in their farm, update them, monitor for performance degradation, and either push to the rest of the servers or roll-back. It was a semi-automated process and seemed pretty smart to me. But, of course, I didn't bookmark it and my Google-foo fails me.

There was also an article not too long ago about 37 signals hosting set up. I don't have a link handy but it should be easy enough to find on their blog.
