Convert a USB device to be wireless?

I own a Lenovo ultranav keyboard and am using it to control my HTPC. Is there anyway to turn it into a wireless device? I love the Lenovo layout, and don't want to use other wireless keyboards if at all possible.

You can go with a wireless USB extender but theyre pricey. They supposedly do the whole USB protocol, so your keyboard should work. Personally, I like the microsoft wireless keyboard/mouse. Its not expensive and works wells.
