MoveableType Spam Comments

What would be the best way to remove hundreds of spam comments from a Movable Type page?
It will not only protect you in the future but you can apply its blacklist to your existing comments, and use its quick, clean UI to delete anything left over that you don't want.

Seriously, install it now. If it weren't for the Blacklist, I'd have had to shut off comments ages ago. And don't miss the De-spam button: after you ban a URL, hit that and it will find and, at your command, delete all banned comments in the last 25 (by default; you can change it to 50 or 100, but I wouldn't go higher than that or it will have trouble with the mass rebuild).
A recent trend of bundling URLs (the same comment will have links to gambling, drug, and/or mortgage sites) means I've been banning them in batches, so that my blacklist is well over 3,000 long. Take that, you bastard spammers!
