Help me find "missing link" cartoon

I am trying to find a cartoon where one caveman says to another something like: "Where's Link? He's missing." I thought it was a Far Side cartoon, but I looked through the entire Far Side collection and couldn't find it. I'd like to use it in a talk I am giving. I would also appreciate pointers to other "link" cartoons.

Maybe it's a New Yorker cartoon?
