Online survey creator tips?

Can anyone advise me which is the best online survey creation site to use? I need to send a questionnaire to a group of customers I work with. But many of the online survey systems I've seen on Google seem to charge a large one-off or annual fee, whereas I'm looking to pay just a smaller fee (under $50) for one survey. Any recommendations?

Depending on the size/scope, survey monkey might work for you.

We've used Zoomerang a fair bit--their full-blown "Pro" version is US$599, but the "Basic" version is free, and works pretty well for little one-off polls like you seem to be talking about.
