How do I export Google Scholar results to Excel?

Does anyone know how to export Google Scholar results to Excel or some other manageable format? I'm trying to get some quick stats on where an article has been published, but there are 300+ results. Going through and typing the journal name/ publication date into my own file would clearly be a tedious task.
... or maybe there is source other than Google scholar that will accomplish my task.

Response by poster: Thanks for pointing me to Zotero. It looks like its going to help me out a lot in the future.
Unfortunately it doesn't seem to know how to read the Google scholar search result page, I assume because the whole citation isn't on the search screen...

If your school has a license, isiknowledge.com has been useful for me.

Are you sure you're using Zotero correctly? It picks up Google Scholar results fine for me. FWIW I click on the icon on the right side of the location bar that appears on search results pages. It gives a list of all the papers on the page, and lets me select which ones I want.
98% of the time results go straight into my active library with everything (publication, authors, pages, etc.) filled out correctly. For the few pages that don't work, I follow the link to the original page which Zotero then recognizes and correctly gathers info from.

In Google Scholar preferences, list Zotero as your citation manager. I think that it says "export to" after you change that setting.
