SD cards - manufacturers, capacity/price ratio?

I need an SD card for my new camera (Minolta Dimage Z3). Any thoughts on manufacturers and the best capacity/price ratio? 1 Gig cards are now available, but I'm afraid at $300 I'd be significantly overpaying.
Response by poster: Woah, right on. Thanks.

C_D is right; Newegg rules. Forgot to mention DealRam, an excellent memory price tracker (1GB SD cards listed here).

And right you'd be. Here's a Lexar 1 gig SD card for $70 after rebate.
