10th Accident font?

Help me find this font!
I reinstalled Windows XP a while ago and just realized I lost all of my fonts. The one I'm looking for is (I am almost positive) called 10th Accident. Haven't been able to find it anywhere.
Here's what it looks like:

I downloaded it years ago from the creator's website, I believe his first name was Tom.
Anyone have this font or know how to find it?

Now, if anyone knows the full name of the guy that created it?
I seem to recall he had a lot of fonts I really liked.

Shawn Westphal designed that one. Maybe you're thinking of Tom Murphy, the Divide By Zero guy.
