Book about a dumpster diver?

What book is this? I'm trying to remember the title or author of a nonfiction book I read four or five years ago about a hobo/dumpster-diver.

The book was published by some alternative press and it included general tips on how to get by being a hobo/dumpster-diver as well as stories from this guy's life. The author (male) was probably in his mid-twenties.
