MuppetFilter: Who was that guy?

In the Linda Carter episode, Muppet News conjures a crocodile via the phrase Resol Evad Gib, which is "Big Dave Loser" backwards.

Who is Dave? Dave Goelz?

Note that it's "Rezal evad gib", with an "a" not an "o".
