Other Shows / Documentaries Like ABC's Hopkins?

I wife is a medical students and every week enjoys watching ABC's Hopkins. The final episode of Hopkins airs next week.

I was wondering if the Hivemind could suggest other medical-reality shows similar to Hopkins she could watch. Preferably on Netflix (we do not have cable and watch Hopkins online).

If you don't mind your medical reality TV getting mixed up with military reality TV, you might like Baghdad ER. IMDB says it's available on DVD.

Probably not exactly what you're looking for, but in the medical vein there was a short documentary called Baghdad ER which aired on HBO. I believe it's available on DVD, but I'm not sure if Netflix has it.

I thought I remembered a PBS documentary about med school from the early 90s, but I can't find it. I did find this series on Nova, which was released more recently.
