To eat in Toulouse

Traveling to Toulouse for a week this month and I'm in charge of finding the really special places to eat. Anyone have any suggestions for blogs, books, etc on eating in that region? Or first-hand recs are good too.

(I assume you're talking about Toulouse in France.)
