Looking for comic strip about A.N.W.A.R.

I'm trying to find a comic strip about A.N.W.A.R. drilling that I saw awhile back. (more inside)

It was a one-cell comic in black & white that I think was in a magazine and was either titled or gave the impression of the oil in ANWAR being only a drop in the bucket... Does anyone remember this?

The acronym is ANWR not ANWAR. That should help your searching.

Perhaps it is one of the comics on this page.
