Can you help me with titles, online shopping sources for 1950s tongue-in-cheek sex/marriage manual?

I'm looking for something like "Is Sex Neccessary" or "Having a Baby Can Be a Scream" that was published in the mid- to late fifties. This is for a gag gift so condition is not an issue. Title, author, or even dim memory of a book would be helpful.

My local library and combined catalogues are having trouble with the humor-sex combination.

Previously. I suspect many of the resources listed would work for you as well.

This looks like the sort of thing you're looking for (found through roger ackroyd's "Previously" link).

Response by poster: AbeBooks was completely unknown to me and actually lets me search the way I want to.
I found a Cartoon Guide to the Battle of the Sexes from the exact year I was looking for.
Whoo hoo and thanks so very much.

Probably not appropriate, but I've always liked Dr. Seuss's short story he wrote back in his college days called The Facts of Life or How should I tell My Child? It's in The Tough Coughed as He Ploughed the Dough and is pretty frickin hilarious imho
