Weird Google adwords

What is triggering these odd Google ads? The CMS question below is 3/4ths right-wing ads, the LiveJournal question is employment misconduct ads, the 55-65 yo question is all global warming. Any thoughts what words are triggering each of those?

The "I Feel Lucky" for CMS is The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) homepage [cms.hhs.gov], which may be why the government/republican links are popping up.
