Life Coach?

What do you specifically call a coach who can help a young adult be less klutzy in his/her walking, mannerisms, dress, etc? Are there such coaches? How can I find one?

'Deportment' would be the term I'd look under. How you find one depends on your area, I suppose, though deprtment coach and training both bring up ze googles.

Bodily Kinesthetic coaches may help you as search terms.
Searches here..

For my Asperger son, it is the local occupational health nurse-specialist with the NHS paediatric service.

The title will depend on your local heath & fitness economy I'm guessing.

Just take T'ai Chi. Seriously. Unless you are prepping for a debutant ball.

Feldenkrais lessons (both Awareness Through Motion and Functional Integration) could help a lot with the walking. Not so much with the mannerisms and dress.

During growth spurts, it's hard for your body awareness to kkeep up with your body; that tends to be self-resolving. Anything that makes you more physically competent, graceful, balanced, and strong will help. Dance classes, T'ai chi, International Folk Dance, ballet, rock climbing, etc. will all help. Ballroom dance, esp., will help with the social graces. Try to take classes from the most well-regarded resources, as there may be a better proportion of good examples. Look for the people you want to emulate and take the classes they're more likely to be in. Also, developing competencies enhances confidence, and confidence will make you walk taller, and make you look less dorky.
