Freeware Online Meeting Tool

Can anyone recommend a good webmeeting software for webcam-conferencing? There's tons of them out there, but I'd like a freeware one that's capable of handling more than two users at the same time, point-to-point (not via some server, due to lagging issues). iVisit is great, but will only accept two users in freeware version. As an extra challenge, it needs to be compatible with Linux and XP. Go geeks, go!

Wouldn't P2P conferencing with 3 people means sending your data to 2 others? Via some server might be less laggy than that.

Response by poster: Okay, that's possible (we hadn't tried yet). But the problem is that most servers are US based, and we're all in old Europe - hence the lag. Any EU based, free server things?
