Program to edit Djvu files

DjVu is a sort of alternate to PDF. What (free) programs are available for editing DjVu documents? I need to: add pages, extract pages, delete pages and resize entire work for printing.

You can use djvused to do most or all of what you want.. I know it can resize and extract, but don't know about adding pages.

For adding pages, you can use a combination of djvuextract and djvumake.

These are all available from the free, open-source DjVuLibre project.

Also, djvm can insert, remove, and bundle pages. Here's a list of programs included in DjVuLibre.
