Rock Album Cover: Mid-seventies, full facial shot of several women, wearing pillbox hats with veils. When you look closer, you see there are sores and scabs on their faces. Artist and title, please?

I can't believe I'm wasting a question on this either, but my Google-fu on this one is weak. Thanks!

On the other hand I find it hard to believe I have this information cluttering up my conciousness but there you go.
