Free online fitness planning?
Something similar to OpenFitness. I think it would help motivate but I'd like a free version.

Best answer: I've heard good things about SparkPeople.
I myself use the Hacker's Diet Web App to track my weight, but there are no real planning options on there.

Gyminee (I haven't tried it yet) was apparently in part a reaction to fitday.com which was plenty good enough and free.

I love this website. It offers both fitness and nutrition planning. I've been using it for about a month now, and it's been SO helpful!

There is a Metafilter team at sparkpeople, but it's private and I believe you need an invite to join. I'm sure if you ask the right person, someone would be happy to invite you.
