How wide/long are Crest Whitestrips?

A friend of mine is considering trying out Crest Whitestrips, but she doesn't know whether they'll cover all of the teeth that show when she smiles. I've searched around for a bit and haven't had much luck figuring out their dimensions. Does anybody know how wide/long a Whitestrip is?
Best answer: The upper strip is 3.0 inches (7.6 cm) long. The lower strip is 2.25 inches (5.7 cm) long. In my mouth, that covers slightly more than eight teeth on top and exactly eight teeth on the bottom.

You can chose which eight teeth to cover with the strip, so using them on different parts of your toothline will work.

I have big choppers. Whitestrips are a joke for people like me. They're also not as effective as getting your teeth whitened from the dentist.

I have average to large choppers, and they made a noticeable change on my visible teeth within a week. (If you look at the back ones, they're a beautiful, deep yellow. Keep them hidden from view!)

Whether they cover all the teeth that show when you smile will depend on what angle your smile is being viewed from. This is why smiling at yourself in the mirror doesn't reveal the same smile that a photograph will. And why we always took several pictures of the smile in the offices where I worked. It helped sell the whitening process that we used.
